Your order and payment
Send your photos and choose eight actions. Cody reviews the appearance references, custom movements, pet count and Windows compatibility before production. Submitting saves your references and emails your request to Cody. Card payments open Stripe checkout; for Venmo, PayPal or Cash App, request receiving details and a final total before paying. Payment must be confirmed before delivery.
Packages start at $19.99, $26.99 or $39.99 for one pet. Each extra pet adds $6.99, up to three pets. Applicable tax is shown separately at Stripe checkout. Any change to the agreed scope or price needs your agreement before payment.
What you receive
A personalized, downloadable Windows desktop companion with eight chosen actions and settings for Tiny, Small, Medium or Large size and visit intervals from 2–4 minutes through 1–2 hours. One action plays per visit. The examples are stylized animation references; your photos and videos guide the recreation. Mac delivery is not currently offered on this order form.
Production is handled individually. We review your request and confirm the estimated completion date and revision arrangements after payment; there is no instant generation or guaranteed delivery date at submission. Tug of war is designed for two pets. Other pet counts require a feasible adaptation agreed before production.
Keep your private receipt
After submission, open and save the full private receipt link. It lets you check your order, complete payment and download the released app. Treat it like a private access key and do not post it publicly. If you lose it, contact Cody using the email address on your order.

Changes, cancellations and problems
Email cody.j.young1000@gmail.com with your order reference before sending a new payment. Contact us before paying if you need cancellation, revision or refund terms clarified. If you were charged twice, cannot download, or the app does not match the agreed brief, tell us so we can review and resolve it.
Your photos and recordings
Upload only material you own or have permission to use. References are stored privately and used to review and produce your Wagger; payment details are handled by Stripe. Reference files are not displayed in the public action gallery. Files are retained for production and support; contact Cody to request access or deletion. Records needed for an active order, payment dispute or required business recordkeeping may need to be retained.
Optional pet sounds require a usable recording. A photo alone cannot reproduce your pet’s authentic voice. Complete and submit the online form; no downloadable order form or emailed attachments are needed. Actions may vary slightly from the saved template to fit your pet’s anatomy and references.
